FINALLY DONE! *phew*
my first complete painting in photoshop *3*! Im pretty happy with the results : D, but if anyone can give me some tips that would be appreciated T^T!

Let me introduce the two people in this picture!
The boy on the bottom is the Thief, no name, maybe I will name him later xD
The con-artist is on the top, OC of :iconriyuu-chu: ! T^T he's 17 BUT I made him look a LOT younger....
